AVFKW x Thea Colman - The Hard Cider Sweater Kit - FALL 2019 LOOKBOOK

Hard Cider Sweater by Thea Colman // featuring AVFKW Gather yarn

"Hard Cider is meant to be a 'wear-everywhere-sweater'. Inspired by the yarn, once I had it in my hands, the lightweight rambouillet-alpaca blend, and this gorgeous colorway Spice - a variety of deep but subtle shifts of amber-brown, were elements I envisioned in a garment that could work in multiple seasons, with a number of different outfits!

I just loved the soothing feel of the yarn when worked in stockinette, which also allowed the beautiful natural colors to remain visible. I think a classic raglan pullover is easy to wear, as well as to tailor for your body or wardrobe - and when paired with a couple of delicate staggered lace repeats for just a bit of texture on the lower body, it's the perfect combination of easy and interesting that I love to both knit and own." --Thea
