Refund policy

CANCELLATION, RETURN, + EXCHANGE POLICY

Yarn that has been pre-ordered and / or purchased can be exchanged within 45 days from when we contact you to pick it up (for curbside pickup) or from the day that we ship it for store credit only (less any shipping costs) as long as it is in its original condition (ball band in place). After this time period, yarn can no longer be returned for store credit. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

If you would like to exchange yarn purchased on the website, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We advise you to insure the package as store credit will be given only when the package reaches us. Contact info(at)averbforkeepingwarm(dot)com for a return authorization number.

Yarn that has been purchased on sale or as part of the Pro-Verbial yarn and Fiber Club is a final sale and cannot be cancelled, exchanged for products or store credit, or returned for a refund.

Other than yarn, there are no cancellations, exchanges, store credits, or returns on anything purchased at A Verb for Keeping Warm. This includes products that have been placed as pre-orders as well as products that have been shipped to you.

Please note that computer monitors differ and colorways may shift slightly from batch to batch. Cancellations, store credits, and refunds will not be issued due to shifts in dyelot or color misconceptions.
