Chunky Knit Basket Making with Love Fest Fibers - Coming Soon!
Instructor: Britt-Marie Alm
Super chunky yarn is making a whole new range of knit home goods possible. This class will explore using thick felt yarn to make a simple yet striking basket. Britt from San Francisco's Love Fest Fibers will show us how to knit the Garter Ridge Basket using a single ball of Tough Love yarn. Tough Love is 100% New Zealand wool that has been hand-felted by women in Nepal. Through this class, you'll learn about the process that goes into felting the fiber, techniques for working with felt yarn and lots of projects ideas. By the end of the class, you'll have your own basket to keep or share as a unique gift.

+ One 50-yard ball of Tough Love
+ Size 50 (25mm) straight knitting needles
