Spincycle x Andrea Mowry - Shifty Sweater Bundle

Great news! The Shifty is now available in a larger range of sizes! And though the colorway Grumpy Birds had been unavailable through Spincycle - to celebrate this new rendition of Shifty, they have re-released this lovely colorway.

This sweater is all about being playful and having fun with color! One colorway is used consistently as the “background” while 3 contrasting colors make up the textured colorwork using the Mosaic knitting method! This is one of the most versatile pieces in my wardrobe - it looks fabulous with high waisted pants and skirts, layered under overalls and pinafores or over dresses and tunics! - Andrea

Spincycle Dyed in the Wool, the ever popular, vibrant, slowly color-shifting yarn is dyed and milled by Kate, Rachel, and Team Spincycle just north of here in Washington. As you knit these yarns together, due to the unique dyeing style of Spincycle, you will truly have a one of-a-kind sweater. 

We have created two options - one includes the original colorways used by Andrea in the sweater pictured. The other features Verb's custom color, Small Wonder, with an array of blues including Light Years one of Spincycle's newest colorways.

Recommended ease is -2 to +2”/-5 to +5 cm; Sample is shown in Size 2 on a 34”/86.5 cm bust with no ease. It is highly recommended to size down instead of up if you are between sizes so that the yoke fits properly.

Please note the skeins of Spincycle shown in the photos are an approximation of the colors you will receive. Due to their dyeing and spinning process, each skein is truly unique. We have done our best to choose photos that we feel are representative of our current stock. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Spincycle's gorgeous yarn.

Please note the fiber content of the yarn you are working with, and follow the applicable instructions: 

Cotton or linen - Machine washable on cool cycle with pH neutral soap. Lay flat to dry.

Superwash Wool - Machine washable on cool cycle with pH neutral soap, though hand wash recommended. Lay flat to dry.

Wool and Wool blends - Handwash only in lukewarm water with pH neutral soap. Lay flat to dry.

Yarn can be exchanged within 45 days from when we contact you to pick it up (for curbside pickup) or from the day that we ship it for store credit only (less any shipping costs) as long as it is in its original condition (ball band in place). After this time period, yarn can no longer be returned. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Yarn that has been purchased on sale or as part of the Pro-Verbial Yarn and Fiber Club is a final sale and cannot be cancelled, exchanged for store credit, or returned for a refund.

Packages ship Tuesday through Saturday via USPS. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number. Please use the tracking number provided and contact the shipping carrier directly with any questions about transit and delivery. 

US ORDERS

Please select the insured option at checkout to ensure compensation for a lost package. Once the package has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do not offer refunds or credits for lost or stolen packages.

If you select an insured option and need to file a claim with USPS, we will provide you with any documentation needed to complete your claim. Packages are insured for the order total. If your package is stolen, you will need to contact your credit card company to receive any possible compensation. 

Please note: If you choose the 6-7 business day option, your package will ship within 6-7 business days of receiving your order. If you would like your package sooner, please choose the 3 or 4-5 business day option.

All international orders are shipped uninsured USPS First Class Parcel Post. We are not responsible for packages which are held in customs or lost. International orders may incur customs fees. We are not responsible for fees you may incur. International shipments can take two months to reach their destination. We caution against placing an order if you live outside the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom due to the complicated VAT situation. 

CURBSIDE PICKUP
To pick-up your order at our shop, when checking-out, under shipping method, choose Pick up at our Oakland store - 6328 San Pablo Ave.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday are typically ready within 2-3 hours. To pick-up your order, come to the shop between 11am-3pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Knock on the front door and give us your name.
