Sew the Endless Summer Tunic Kit - NEW!
The Endless Summer Tunic, Verb's first sewing pattern, is also our best seller so we thought we would put together a special kit for you!
The Endless Summer Tunic is a sweet pullover tunic dress with optional pockets (though really who doesn't want pockets). The armholes are edged with bias-tape for a clean finish. It features gathers at the center back and shoulder seams, as well as a curved hem that is slightly longer in the back.
This dress will become your year round wardrobe staple. Its flattering v-neck and sleeveless design is light and airy on hot days and easy to layer over leggings and a long sleeve shirt in cooler weather. Top it off with a cardigan or blazer for even more versatility.
We've paired this tunic with one of our favorite fabrics, Vreseis organic cotton chambray. It's a dream to sew with and making this pattern in lightweight denim chambray ensures it will fit seamlessly into your wardrobe. Since we love the meditative rhythm of hand stitching we've added a sashiko style stitch pattern to the back yoke that brings to mind the rays of the summer sun! You can, of course, create your own design.
