Hi! I stopped by your store yesterday to buy some alum. The woman behind the counter was very helpful and nice. I had talked to her on the phone the day before, and when I mentioned I needed alum, she told me about the dyeing classes being offered. Very excellent customer service! I just wanted you to know how much I love your beautiful yarn and roving and how nice I think your store is. I have enjoyed the classes I’ve taken with both you and Michael and think it’s high time I sign up for some more! Your booth at Stitches was lovely, as always. Take care and I love the adorable little canary – he was singing away yesterday – so lovely!
