Boy, its hard to choose our absolute favorite season in the Bay Area - but poppy season is very high up there.
Right now, our sidewalks and medians are lined with pops of warm, vibrant patches of orange poppies. Coming out of grey, cold winter, our orange poppies are an indicator that warmth is on the way, as are longer days, and time spent outside with loved ones eating, drinking, and yes, making.
