Barka Dog Coat Pattern

A simple dog coat for your furry friend. Make it bagged out with lining or lined with bound edges.

Seam allowance is 1cm, unless stated otherwise. Skill level - advanced beginner.

Fabric suggestions - Oilskin, dry oilskin, cotton jacquard, mid - heavy cotton canvas or twill, mid weight denim or corduroy. For the lining we would suggest barrier lining or a simple stable cotton. Consider if you will want to put this dog coat in the washing machine when choosing cloth - for example oilskin cannot be washed - you would let the dirt dry and then brush it off.

To complete this pattern, in addition to the fabric and pattern, you will need: 
+ matching thread
+ 7x metal snaps

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS (based on the largest chest/belt in size bracket)

** If making View 1, subtract 0.2m / 0.25yd for sizes XS-M and subtract 0.4m / 0.5yd for sizes L-XL.
