Leather Cord + Needle Stitch Holder Kit

Use the Stitch Holder Kit in lieu of scrap yarn whenever you need to hold live stitches. The threaded needles allow you to knit off of your leather cord.

The Leather Cord and Needle Stitch Holder Kit contains:

• two interior-threaded needles made of nickel plated steel
• three lengths of leather cord
• one long – for holding sts of sweater body (59"/150 cm)
• two short – for holding sts of sleeves (29.5"/75 cm)

Keep the contents of your kit in the reusable kraft drawer, lined with 100% wool felt.

Should you need extra leather cords, we are now also offering the Leather Cord Set.  This set contains one long and two short cords.  It does not include needles.

Please note you may need to snip the end of your leather cord at an angle to facilitate attaching the needle. If you find the leather cord too rough or sticky for your liking, we suggest waxing the cord with beeswax, Thread Heaven or a similar product to smooth out the rough patches.

Curbside Pick-Up
To pick up your order at our shop, when checking out, under shipping method, choose Pick up at our Oakland store - 6328 San Pablo Ave.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday are typically ready within 24 hours. To pick up your order, come to the shop between 11am - 3pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Knock on the front door and give us your name. 

Pre-orders
Pre-orders will ship on the date listed on the product’s webpage. If you ordered additional items, all items will be shipped with your pre-order. If you would like those items shipped separately, please place two separate orders.
