The Tee Shirt Pattern

The T shirt is probably the world’s most popular garment, presented here as a smart, contemporary evolution of a wardrobe staple. Merchant & Mills Tee Shirt is a smart combination of a woven fabric with a stretch rib neck, a breast pocket and optional rolled up sleeves.

This is a multi-size paper pattern including sizes 36 – 46. All seam allowances are 1.5cm except for the neck which is 1cm, these are included and marked on the pattern.

There is a lengthen line on the pattern if you would like to extend it into a dress. Merchant and Mills extended theirs by 15.75", meaning they needed 1 yard more fabric. They would suggest going for an oversized fit if making the dress as the side seams are completely straight.

Suggested Fabrics: Merchant and Mills Laundered linen, linen blends, such as Essex, Tencel, Tencel/linen, denim, cotton chambray, Merchant and Mills Wovens, fine wool, needlecord.

Curbside Pick-Up
To pick up your order at our shop, when checking out, under shipping method, choose Pick up at our Oakland store - 6328 San Pablo Ave.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday are typically ready within 24 hours. To pick up your order, come to the shop between 11am - 3pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Knock on the front door and give us your name. 

Pre-orders
Pre-orders will ship on the date listed on the product’s webpage. If you ordered additional items, all items will be shipped with your pre-order. If you would like those items shipped separately, please place two separate orders.
