We’ve used our 15 years of experience designing and dyeing yarn as well as running a yarn shop to create Bread & Butter. As the name implies, we envision these yarns as staples with which to knit wearable and comforting garments, accessories, and home goods.
Drawing upon our love for natural dyes and how fluid they are when combining colors, we created a palette inspired by our local Northern California flora. Due to the milling process, in which the wool is dyed first and then spun, the colors are heathered and pair well together.
