Instructor: Sarah Ollikkala Jones + Kristine Vejar

With a history spanning more than three-thousand years, indigo dyeing, which requires a different process than all other natural dyes, is one of the world's most revered dyeing traditions.

In this class, use our indigo vats, tools, studio, and expertise to indigo dye a linen bag. Dye your bag a single shade of blue, multiple shades of blue, or tie-dyed.

No experience necessary. The bag is already sewn! You start class with a finished bag - and you leave class with an even more finished bag - it's a win-win! So all are welcome.

Please bring:
+ Rubber gloves
+ Plastic bag (to take home damp bag)

Recommended additional items:
+ The Modern Natural Dyer
+ Class is held in our outside studio. Please dress for comfort, crafting, and weather conditions (We suggest bringing a sun hat, wearing layers and sunscreen.)

Your class registration includes:
+ 1 Cocoknits Linen 4-Corner Bag - 13 3/4" x 13 3/4"
+ 1 pair of Cocoknits Leather Handles
+ 15% discount on the above materials
