La Bien Aimée x Nadia Crétin-Léchenne - Allaria Shawl Bundle

"Allaria is a light and delicate shawl, in the shape of an asymmetrical triangle. It is knitted in one piece, from top to bottom. On the yarn side, I went with a favorite - the Merino Singles - combined with the Mohair Silk that I used in double. Thus, the strands have about the same thickness, and it is the contrast of the textures that is in the spotlight. 

As often in my shawl designs, there is a lot of garter stitch, stripes and lace. These are my essentials, elements that I love to combine and that are definitely part of my style. I find them as pleasant to knit as they are harmonious to combine."

The original version of Allaria uses Mohair Silk. La Bien Aimée is now offering Soyeux as their silk mohair yarn. This yarn will work beautifully in place of Mohair Silk and knit up similarly.

Cotton or linen - Machine washable on cool cycle with pH neutral soap. Lay flat to dry.

Superwash Wool - Machine washable on cool cycle with pH neutral soap, though hand wash recommended. Lay flat to dry.

Wool and Wool blends - Handwash only in lukewarm water with pH neutral soap. Lay flat to dry.

Yarn that has been pre-ordered and / or purchased can be exchanged within 45 days from when we contact you to pick it up (for curbside pickup) or from the day that we ship it for store credit only (less any shipping costs) as long as it is in its original condition (ball band in place). Curbside Pick-Up
To pick up your order at our shop, when checking out, under shipping method, choose Pick up at our Oakland store - 6328 San Pablo Ave.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday are typically ready within 24 hours. To pick up your order, come to the shop between 11am - 3pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Knock on the front door and give us your name.
