AVFKW x Romi Hill - Swoop Softly Sweater Bundle

Meet the Swoop Softly cardigan by Romi Hill!

We have been so enamored of Romi's Swoop shawl, and have made several versions with Verb yarns - so when discussing this year's sweater collaboration, we decided to use Swoop as our impetus and inspiration. The combination of lacy textures and short row shaping make for an addictive knitting experience. So Romi worked her magic to reinvent this design into a cardigan!

The fabric is made from stripes of fluffy silk mohair Frond and merino-cashmere Even Tinier Annapurna, which result in a lovely, lightweight, flowing fabric. Soft, weightless, and effortlessly elegant - a signature Romi Hill design.

The yardage for both ETA and Frond goes a long way. Only 1 skein of each are needed to make the first four sizes!

We designed two new colors for Romi: Moonglow on ETA, a hazy lavender neutral; and Kishu on Frond, a subtle petal pink with juicy, sweet orange speckles.

SIZING
To fit bust size: 28 {32, 36, 40, 44} {48, 52, 56, 60}

Because sweater is designed to hang open in front, measurement across back is given: 13.75 {16, 18.25, 20.5, 22.75} {24, 25.5, 27.3, 29}

YARN REQUIREMENTS
+ 1 {1, 1, 1, 2} {2, 2, 2 ,3} skein - A Verb for Keeping Warm Even Tinier Annapurna yarn; 80% Merino / 20% Cashmere; 112g / 565 yards - Moonglow
+ 1 {1, 1, 1, 2} {2, 2, 2 ,3} skein - A Verb for Keeping Warm Frond yarn; 64% Kid Mohair / 36% Silk; 50g / 459 yards - Kishu

NEEDLES
+ US 5 / 3.75mm (in length needed for chosen size)
+ Two US 5 / 3.75mm circular needles, 32 inches
+ US 4 / 3.5mm (in length needed for chosen size)
+ US 4 / 3.5mm circular needles, 16 inches
+ Two smaller spare circular needles, at least 24 inches

ADDITIONAL TOOLS
+ Smooth waste yarn or stitch holders
+ Stitch markers
+ Tapestry needle

To pick up your order at our shop, when checking out, under shipping method, choose Pick up at our Oakland store - 6328 San Pablo Ave.

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Orders placed Tuesday-Saturday are typically ready within 24 hours. To pick up your order, come to the shop between 11am - 3pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Knock on the front door and give us your name.
